Vartan Oskanyan has not denied the rumors claiming that he may put up his candidacy during the upcoming presidential elections. “I think that I can still play a role in developing Armenia, the governmental structures and other relative processes. As to how I will take part, I can’t say how I am going to do that because I haven’t thought about it yet. Only time will show”, announced Vartan Oskanyan.
