What does Armenia have to do with it?

Georgian president Mikhail Saakashvili says that the reason Russia closed its border passing point with Georgia is his recent meeting and negotiations with the US president. “It doesn’t influence Georgia economically because we don’t export anything that way. It is bad for people that transport cargo through that border passing point and Armenia. I don’t understand what Armenia has to do with this? Armenians used to transport cargo through that point and Armenian citizens used to pass that border”, said Mikhail Saakashvili recently. He also said that “it is unreasonable and illegal to organize a referendum in Abkhazia. According to him, during the war over 300.000 citizens left Abkhazia (65%) and that is the reason why it would be illegal to organize a referendum before returning refugees back to Abkhazia. “Georgia will not use military power to get back the independence of its state. Georgia does its best not to be involved in such wars”, said M. Saakashvili.
