“Recently, representative of OSCE chairman Anjey Kasprchik visited the regions close to the Armenian border and saw that there hadn’t been any fire on the part of Armenia. Armenia can’t burn its own grain fields. Those fires are caused by the shootings of Azeri soldiers five kilometers away from the border”, announced minister of defense of Karabagh, Seiran Ohanyan and added, “Azerbaijan just wants to say that Armenia is burning the territories it possesses. During this observation there were shootings from their side again”.
