Former member of the “Republic” party turned deputy head of the Youth party Vahan Babayan talked about “Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armenian Armed Forces Robert Kocharyan” with compassion. “168 Hours” asked Babayan if he was still of the opinion that Kocharyan isn’t legitimate.
