Head of Ilham Aliev’s administration, Novruz Mamedov has announced that the recent announcements concerning the Karabagh conflict negotiations, which caused confusion aren’t true. “Mr. Bryza wanted to say that he was aware of the negotiations process and wished to help develop that process. He has made several recommendations, which are out of the interests of Armenia and Azerbaijan”, said Mamedov.
