“The only way to lead the country towards development is to have fair and democratic elections. We should be interested in this issue more than the foreign countries. These elections must differ from the previous ones. But Armenian people are so clever that they can violate all kinds of laws and find solutions for all difficult situations”, said the secretary of “People’s Deputy” faction, Vahram Baghdasaryan. As for the level of democracy in Azerbaijan and Armenia he believes that “Armenian democracy is poor”.
