During a government session held on Thursday, the Armenian government made a resolution concerning the temporary account of the treasury, which was opened with the purpose of providing aid to the families of the victims of the plane crash on May 3. A total of 88,472,000 AMD will be given to 85 families that are citizens of Armenia and two families from Georgia (1 million AMD for each victim). The rest, 1,472,000, will be aimed towards the construction of a monument in memory of the victims. The families will get the prepaid amount. The Minister of Finances and Economy was assigned to stop entering money into the treasury budget account and close the account after making the compensations.
