Recently, the ARF seems to be passive, however, they are working intensively on recruiting more people. ARF is going to congratulate citizens of Armenia on their birthday and send them cards with good wishes. Recently, a citizen who had never had anything to do with the ARF, suddenly received a postcard from the ARF and was surprised as to how they had found her name and address.
