We asked head of the People’s Deputy faction, Karen Karapetyan whether he was going to join the Union for Armenia party, to which he relied, “It’s no secret that our faction supported the foundation of that party. I have said many times that I am not going to join that party. Currently our faction is discussing with whom to collaborate during the 2007 parliamentary elections in order to get a majority”.
We told him that there were rumors saying that their faction members were going to join “Republican” party, to which he replied, “Anything is possible, we are currently discussing that too”.
