On the basis of the RA prime minister’s order, former member of “Rule of Law”, former regional management head Stepan Barseghayn was appointed deputy to the RA minister of regional management. When “Rule of Law” left the governmental coalition and became oppositional, many party members left the party. One of these people was Stepan Barseghyan. In fact, the authorities appreciate what he did and appointed him in the abovementioned position.
