In light of the events dedicated to the 15th anniversary of Armenia’s independence, the government has decided to provide 230,965,000 AMD from the depositary fund during the government session held on June 16. The government has assigned the Minister of Energy to unite “HayEnergo”, “Hrazdan Water/Energy Station” and “Sevan-Hrazdan Cascade” joint-stock companies with the “HayGazard” joint-stock company. The government has also assigned to create a privatization packet for “HayGazard” joint-stock company before September 1, 2007 and present the joint-stock company’s privatization resolution bill to the government.
