These days, one of the most talked about topics around the world is the Karabagh conflict. The foreign affairs ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan met again a couple of days ago. In regard to that meeting, the RA prime minister told us that the parties have to take new steps. “I think that both sides must take new steps after the meeting in Bucharest and they are doing just that. The first step was the presidents’ meeting in Paris. I think that after Bucharest the sides are trying to negotiate and find a new way to organize the presidents’ next meeting”, said Andranik Margaryan. “168 Hours” asked the RA prime minister whether he agreed with RA defense minister, when he said that Azerbaijan had lost its opportunity to solve the problem peacefully after Bucharest, “We had a good opportunity to move forward, but unfortunately, Azerbaijan didn’t take advantage of that opportunity”, said Andranik Margaryan.
