Armenia will declare amnesty in light of the 15th anniversary of independence. On June 12, RA Justice Minister David Harutyunyan headed the session held by the commission in charge of organizing the event. During the session, the commission made a decision to declare amnesty for the citizens of Armenia, who have committed a crime before June 1, 2006.
