Recently, Vartan Oskanyan announced that the foreign affairs ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan would meet in Paris on June 13. He said that he didn’t know whether there would be other participants or not and added that he hadn’t been informed about what the meeting was going to be based on. According to Oskanyan, the sides have already agreed on some issues that remained after their last meeting.
