On June 8, the Russian www.kremlin.org web page published an article written by professor Ajdin Ajiev dedicated to the Karabagh conflict resolution entitled “Conflict resolution crisis”. According to this Azeri reporter, the turn of events following the successful meeting of the Azeri and Armenian presidents in Bucharest brought one more failure in the “Praha process”. In regard to the “Praha process” we asked ex foreign affairs minister of Armenia Alexander Arzumanyan, who told us that he was not the one who started that process and added that those processes were just games and advised us to ask that from the current foreign affairs minister. “168 Hours” asked the press secretary of the Karabagh parliament to give us information concerning this, but he refused to answer to our questions and advised us to ask head of the foreign affairs faction.
