The Kocharyan-Aliev Karabagh conflict negotiations in Bucharest are over, but the sides have not reached a final agreement. It was expected that the parties would come to an agreement on the main principles of the conflict. There aren’t any details concerning the meeting. In regard to the meeting, Vartan Oskanyan said, “The problem that the presidents were trying to solve in Rambouillet was not solved in Bucharest either. But in spite of this, the presidents presented new approaches and recommendations to find a solution”, said Vartan Oskanyan.
