The Armenian and Azeri foreign affairs ministers, Vardan Oskanyan and Elmar Mamediarov met in Strasburg a couple of days ago. According to some sources, at first the ministers had a meeting with the OSCE Minsk group co-chairmen, after which the American, French and Russian co-chairmen met with Vardan Oskanyan first, and then with Elmar Mamediarov separately. During this meeting all sides discussed issues concerning next week’s proposed visit to the region by the co-chairmen of the OSCE Minsk group and the deputy foreign affairs ministers of the co-chairman countries.
