Ruben Hakhverdyan believes that the current minister of culture, Gevorg Gevorgyan is honest and will not steal from the state. According to him, small countries should have a certain cultural ideology and a ministry of culture. “I hope the current minister will do something to develop the field. I think the current general architectural projects being implemented in Yerevan should comply with those of the ministry of culture. I believe that the ministry should have a lot of power. Our culture needs someone with a powerful ideology”, says Hakhverdyan.
