The government of the RA had an exclusive session regarding the reforms
made to the #60 license of “ArmenTel”. According to the reforms,
“ArmenTel” has been deprived of the right to implement GSM services and
monopolization of Internet services. However, the government has
decided to provide “ArmenTel” with the IP long distance services
monopoly. What’s interesting though is that out of all the ministers
only David Harutyunyan has participated in the session. Andranik
Manukyan has not taken part in the sessions at all and has claimed that
at the time he was welcoming guests. Arshak Sadoyan was the one who
substituted for him. Even after the decision made by the government
this time, Sadoyan again did not mention the names of the ministers who
had bribed “ArmenTel” $7,000,000 dollars.
