According to “Arka” news agency, on May 12 the OSCE general secretary, Mark Perin de Brishambo, made an announcement in Yerevan saying that Karabakh belongs to citizens of Karabakh. “I hope citizens of Karabakh will be given an opportunity to express their will through a referendum in the near future”, said the OSCE general secretary.
