“When we blame republicans for what Hovik Abrahamyan does on his own, they always deny it. They say that Hovik Abrahamyan doesn’t have anything to do with the Republican party”, says Hrant Khachatryan (CRU party leader). He says that it is possible that the same thing that happened to the Rule of Law may happen to the Republican and ARF parties too if they try to do things on their own. “It has already been two years that I hear some powerful representatives of the Republican and ARF parties that there is more control on the pro-government parties”, says H. Khachatryan. According to him, some big businessmen are currently thinking about dropping their memberships.
