Recently Michael Baghdasarov gave an interview to gazeta.ru and said that there are documents proving the fact that the A 320 plane belonging to the “Armavia” company, which crashed in Sochi, had been technically tested many times and repaired. He said that small parts were repaired in Armenia by the Belgian “Sabina” company, as for the big problems, they were taken care of in Belgium. Baghdasarov was surprised to learn about the announcement of an official of the company, who said that the crashed aircraft had not been repaired in Belgium. According to Baghdasarov this person is either not informed or hides the truth on purpose. “I am sure that the black boxes will be found. There are some outstanding problems; the plane had started landing already and they were asked to go back for a turnover one more time. They could only give such advice, but not instruct the pilots. Where are the air navigation service officers that were on duty that day? They are missing”, said Baghdasarov.
