Yesterday the Russian president wrote a note to the Russian parliament, where he encouraged immigration. “It is very important to encourage the immigration of qualified people in Russia”, wrote Putin. According to “ITARR-TASS” news agency, Russia places second after the U.S. with immigration. Currently there are 10-15 million immigrants in Russia. According to Putin, the Russia’s biggest problem is its demographic problems. Their population cuts down 700.000 people each year. Putin recommended increasing the financial aid to children and their families by two times.
