Is this coincidence?

Yesterday four planes were burnt in Brussels, two of which were Armenian aircrafts. What’s interesting is that both these planes were A320 model planes, one of which belongs to the Armavia airline company and had been taken to Brussels for technical examination. The other Armenian jet was the property of “International Armenian Airways” company, which belongs to businessman Versand Hakobyan. The Armavia airline plane was more damaged than the other one.

“I can’t say that this accident is not coincidence because I don’t have any facts proving the vice versa”, said Mikhail Baghdasarov yesterday during his phone conversation with our correspondent. He also added, “Even though we are in serious competition in this field, I don’t think these are actions against our company. The other companies got more losses”, says M. Baghdasarov. The owner of Armavia company said that their aircraft was insured by Russian “Malakut” insurance company, which had been insured by the British famous “Lloyd” insurance company. Mikhail Baghdasarov said that these kinds of aircrafts cost 25-50 million USD. The compensation sum will be fixed after certain analysis. According to the information of the RA Civil Aviation Central Board, Artyom Movsisyan, one of the aircrafts that was parked there had electric problems, which caused fire. According to him these two Armenian aircrafts are out of order now.
