RA transportation minister violates human rights

The first RA ombudsman Larisa Alaverdyan made an annual speech on human rights yesterday, where she said that the RA transportation and communications minister Andranik Manukyan had violated the rights of a limited liability company and taken a mill from it. Alaverdyan’s report writes that in spite of the fact that the RA court made a decision to return this property to its owner, however it hasn’t been returned yet and the RA justice ministry’s judicial acts mandatory fulfillment department failed to do its work. “I applied to head of the judicial acts mandatory fulfillment board and asked why they didn’t fulfill the court’s decision. He told me that he had been strictly ordered from the “top” and was not able to do anything”, said Larisa Alaverdyan.
