The deputy foreign affairs minister of Russia Grigori Karasin and the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Moscow Polad Bjulbjuloghli exchanged diplomatic notes yesterday on taking out the Russian military forces of Georgia through the territory of Azerbaijan. Russia is going to take out all its military bases from Georgia within the coming two years. A part of these facilities will be transported to the city of Gyumri in Armenia, and the other part will be taken to Russia through land and water transportation means.
