President of the National Assembly Arthur Baghdasaryan made a rather interesting comment during an interview with the German “Frankfurter Allgemaine Zeitung” newspaper.
“Those, who think that they can get away with fraud during the elections must understand that those times are over in Armenia. If the upcoming presidential elections go on with fraud, just like back in 2003, that may bring serious changes,” he said.
