We wonder what the RA president’s advisor on national security issues, Garnik Isagulyan, thinks about giving the 5th energetic block of Hrazdan to Russia and whether this will not undermine our national energetic security. He looks at it as normal because he thinks that this doesn’t undermine our energetic security. “Were there any better suggestions or situations? How can it undermine our national energetic security if after this Armenia will become the energetic center of the region?” said Garnik Isagulyan.
