The mayor of Yerevan Yervand Zakharyan gave a report of the work done by the municipality and community municipalities during the first trimester of this year. In his report, he stated that instead of the expected 14920.42 million dram they had spent 14986.22 million dram to implement work programs (100.44%). When speaking about transportation issues Mr. Zakharyan assured that they were not going to increase the passenger transportation fees. According to him, they have made an agreement with a Chinese company to import over 100 buses to Armenia. In several years they will bring 300-400 more buses. They are also going to import 15 new trolley-buses.
