“I am ready to take responsibility for the crime I have committed, I was frightened, I can’t live like this any more. I don’t want to live all my life bearing this burden on my shoulders and I want to tell all my sins and faults. They have always been frightening me, you don’t know what it means to be under their pressure”, announced the head of the Oshakan Electoral Commission, Spartak Eghiazaryan yesterday. He also said that he had always been Kocharyan’s representative during all elections since 2003 and caused the violations in the results of the elections and referendum.
