In regard to the structure of the Armenian Academy of Science the RA prime minister says, “It would be better to start the process of recruiting young academicians from the starting point of electing a new head. But alas the youngest academician is 65 years old.” According to the prime minister in order to recruit young scientists in the academy we should make some legal changes, one of which is making contracts with post graduate students studying under sponsorship of the government, according to which after finishing their postgraduate courses they have to work in scientific fields for a minimum three years after graduating.
