The “Alliance” party headed by Samvel Babayan has actively started a process of giving party memberships in Vanadzor city. When one of Vanadzor citizens asked a representative of that party whether they were oppositional or governmental, he answered, “We don’t know yet”. As for politicians that know the activities of Samvel Babayan well, they say jokingly, “In fact if till now the authorities were originally from Karabakh, now as well as the opposition may be from Karabakh”.
