The Russian “Megaphone” company is not going to purchase the controlling share of “Armentel” company. Recently the Greek OTE company, which owes 90% of “Armentel” stocks, announced about the possibility of selling its share. Yesterday the press secretary of “Megaphone”, Marina Bilasheva, said that they were not going to buy these stocks and added that these kinds of decisions of buying a company abroad are usually taken by the stock holders of their company. “Our company will not take any steps until our stock holders make certain decisions to do so”, said Bilasheva to “ARKA” news agency. According to her their company may enter foreign markets, but their main priority is to develop their network in Russia.
