Recently “National Unity” party deputy head Alexan Karapetyan made an announcement saying that several years ago as a result of a contract between “Armenian Airlines”, “Mika Limited” and “Zvartnots” companies our state lost millions of dollars and that currently “Mika Limited” has a debt covering 3 million dollars to our state. It is worth mentioning that Mr. Karapetyan has also said that he is ready to present facts proving this wherever it is needed. Regarding this the head of “Mika Limited”, Mikhail Baghdasarov says that Mr. Karapetyan has disputed who has debts. According to this businessman the state used to owe a debt of 1.100.000 dollars to him and gave him a peace of land which price is much less (he means the “Dalma” gardens). “I understand that for collecting votes they have to speak. But there are norms according to which they should speak the truth. Our approach is the following: let him speak as much as he can. Later we will take him to court, where he will stop speaking about things which he doesn’t know”, answered Baghdasarov to the announcement of Karapetyan. As for Mr. Karapetyan, regarding the businessman’s announcement he said during our conversation, “As Cicero said, if crime is not punished, it is encouraged. He is fully involved in criminal. After change of authorities I will bring a case against him”, said Mr. Karapetyan.
