Yesterday there was a press publication according to which the fifth bloc of the Hrazdan electric station and the Iran-Armenia pipe line will be given to Russia. The electric station was evaluated 250 million dollars, which Russia will compensate with cheap gas. Yesterday the RA finance minister, Vardan Khachatryan said during his press conference, “The price they are going to give is several times better. This construction is not finished and you know that we need huge sums to operate it. We have to study the contract because there isn’t any concrete information. It depends on what kinds of problems will be solved and how it will be done”.
