Yesterday the OSCE monitoring group suddenly stopped monitoring the Armenian and Azerbaijani army forces in the border contact point of Seysulan village not far from Martakert region of Karabakh. The reason was the shootings coming from the Karmiravan region of Karabakh that is now under the control of Azerbaijani army forces. This group that was headed by the deputy to the existing chair of OSCE, Ambassador Anjey Kasprshik, registered three shootings coming from Azerbaijan.
