According to our information from the RA police bodies, the authorities have changed their minds on giving the management of technical control body of cars to the RA transport and connection ministry. According to our information now the authorities have decided to found a separate department for coordinating this work, which will be managed by the regional management ministry. This means that now Hovik Abrahamyan, who has been actively negotiating with certain officials on this issue, is going to coordinate this field too.
