The former speaker of the Karabakh parliament, Oleg Esayan is going to be appointed as the RA Ambassador to Belarus. After moving to Yerevan from Karabakh he was appointed head of the stock market, which was dissolved some time later. At last he found where he belongs. In fact, his wife is originally from Belarus.
