The public prosecutor’s office has instituted 4 cases of legal proceedings connected with the violations of the Constitutional referendum. One of them has already been punished and jailed for six months. Recently NA speaker Arthur Baghdasaryan was informed about this from the general prosecutor. The NA speaker promised the parliament to inform them about this as soon as he gets news from the public prosecutor’s office.
