According to the existing RA traffic law, it is forbidden to drive cars with tinted windows and drivers may be subject to fees in case of violating this law. During the past couple of weeks, over 200 cars have been taken to the police department and drivers have been given tickets under the code “07”. According to this ticket, if police spot drivers driving cars with tinted windows, they will pay a fee equivalent to 50000 dram. For example yesterday on Nalbandyan street not far from the “Armsavingsbank” we saw cars with tinted windows without any technical check certification attached on the windows with the following numbers: 77SS888, 470SL01, 470SO01, 470LO01. According to our sources, these cars serve the head of “Mika Limited” company, Police/colonel Mikhail Baghdasarov, who also owns 30% of “Armsavingsbank” stocks.
