Head of “Progressive” party, Tigran Urikhanyan will not be able to be present at the court during the trial of the Azerbaijani army officer Ramil Safarov who killed the Armenian army officer, Gurgen Margaryan. Please note that several months ago Urikhanyan applied to the Embassy of Hungary in Armenia to get an entrance visa but he wasn’t given it. But before that he had promised to give $120k to anyone that would kill Ramil Safarov, and $5k for demoralizing him. He was told in the Embassy that they couldn’t help him here and that he had to apply to the Embassy in Moscow. “But they informed us that they could give us a visa only in 25 days. We tried that too, but we weren’t successful”, complains Tigran Urikhanyan. Today they are going to organize a press conference to give a very “extraordinary” reply to the judicial process of Ramil Safarov.
