The National Unity political party has made a recommendation to the National Assembly according to which the National Assembly adopts a law provision in the RA Electoral Code, all electoral processes are to be filmed on camera and later the film is to be attached to the final statements of electoral commissions. According to them this will help control the voting process. Though the recommendation is being discussed the authorities have found an “antitoxic” for this. We talked to a parliamentarian representing the coalition who says, “If they want to violate the elections it is not such a big problem either to show something on camera or cut the electricity off. So what are they going to do in this case? How are they going to prove that?”
