The union of UN employees drew a vote of no confidence to General Secretary of the UN Kofi Annan, who showed an initiative of reforming the UN. He has offered to reform the working system of the UN staff, which would lessen bureaucracy and would make the work more productive. The “France Press” mentions that Annan won’t stay too long in UN. His term will be over on December 31, 2006.
