According to the Armenian Assembly of America, at the end of March RA Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan and US State Secretary Condoleezza Rice will sign an agreement in Washington DC about providing $235 million to Armenia in the framework of the five-year program of the “Millennium Challenges” Corporation. The grant will be mainly directed to developing village communities of Armenia. According to the same source, the Armenian Foreign Affairs Minister will make a speech on March 26 in DC during the three-day conference dedicated to the activities of Armenian organizations in the US. The deputy-minister of Foreign Affairs of Karabagh will also participate in this event.
