The Russian NTV TV company is ready to give one million Russian rubles (about $35.000) to catch the murderer who killed TV reporter Ilia Zimin. On Saturday, during the broadcast of “Today” program, the suspected person’s picture was shown on national television. According to the public prosecutor’s office officials, there is enough evidence to suspect Igor Velchev in this crime and he is originally from Moldova but lives in Moscow. Journalist Igor Zimin was killed on February 26 in his apartment in Moscow. He had actually been attacked several times before that too. On April 26, 2005 some people attacked Zimin not far from his apartment and stole his documents and cell phone.
