Does Putin know about this?

President of Karabagh Arkadi Ghukasyan had this to say about Russian president Putin’s intention to invite Kocharyan to Moscow to discuss the Karabagh conflict issue: “It is normal that the co-chairmen countries hold talks with the conflicting parties and I am glad that the idea of organizing continued negotiations”. He also said that he “is sure that the borders are in strong hands and the only guarantee for our security and freedom is our army”. Mr. Ghukasyan also said that Karabagh currently has an army which complies with European standards: “All sides know about our army: both the conflicting side and all third parties. It is really an army that is able to protect our country”.
