Alluding to the Deputy-Minster of Special Situations of North Osetia Vladimir Ivanov, “Inter Fax” informs that due to heavy snow, starting from yesterday early morning the main highway connecting Russia with South Caucasus doesn’t operate. The Deputy-Minister said that the highway will not be open until a special order is released. However, according to the authorities of North Osetia, an explosive device was found not far from Vladikavkaz on the gas pipeline, providing gas for South Caucasus. “The hand-made device was found on Tuesday on the gas pipeline of Kovkazgaztrans”, said the policeman, who wished to keep his name anonymous. He also mentioned that the miners disarmed the bomb.
