Hrant Khachatryan couldn’t be elected as ombudsman yesterday, even the names of heroes he said couldn’t help him (A. Navasardyan, M. Georgisyan, G. Njdeh…). “Now I am asking for help form K. Demirchyan and Vazgen Sargsyan and guiding you to vote”, said Mr. Khachatryan in his speech. In spite of the announcements of MPs that his speech impressed them much and they couldn’t vote for Armen Harutyunyan, yesterday Mr. Harutyunyan got 87 votes and was elected as ombudsman. As for H. Khachatryan, he could collect only 28 votes with his impressive speech from the NA oppositional parties.
