He mentioned that the developed document is not a charter, but a strategy. “A strategic doctrine will be originated from this document. There will be certain parts of the strategic doctrine which will be kept secret, and each body determines confidentiality on its own. Certain parts of the economical security will also be kept secret,” he said. According to him, this document will be very flexible, and if necessary it may be changed. Heads of various bodies, representatives of the coalition parties, and the chairman of the NA “ULP” faction also participated in the committee sessions. None of the opposition representatives were present.
