According to our well informed sources the foreign affairs minister of Iran, Manucher Mottakii, met with Armenian authorities behind closed doors during his visit to Armenia. He hinted that if the NATO troops, especially the US troops are located in the region, the military troops of Iran will be the first ones to cross the Arax River.
